In April 2023 Bob Stiller, who built Green Mountain Coffee into the Keurig empire, sold his oceanfront Palm Beach estate for a record $170 million. The same month, he and his wife Christine bought casino mogul Steve Wynn's lakefront mansion across town for $66 million, The Real Deal reported.
The house has about 13,400 square feet, eight bedrooms, a pool and a dock. The Stillers listed it for $90 million in 2025 and sold it for $66.1 million, roughly what they paid.
