Google co-founder Larry Page bought two estates in Miami's Coconut Grove in 2026, Fortune reported: Banyan Ridge, 4.5 acres with 13 bedrooms and a private dock, for $101.5 million, and Camp Biscayne, about 10,400 square feet on the bay, for $71.9 million.
Together that is $173.4 million. The purchases came as California prepared to vote on a one-time tax on billionaires, and as several of the state's richest people moved to Florida.
$173.4 million could pay a full year of rent for 9,718 homeless veterans. Against a fortune Forbes put at $257 billion, it cost Page what about $130 costs a typical family.
