In June 2025 YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul bought a 5,746-acre estate in Decatur County, Georgia for $39 million, which the selling brokerage called among the most expensive land sales in the state's history.

It comes with an eight-bedroom main house, a guest cottage, a manager's home, a horse barn and more than four miles of lakefront, and reports said he planned to build a racetrack. Two years earlier he bought a mansion in Puerto Rico for about $16 million.

$39 million could pay a full year of rent for 2,186 homeless veterans. Paul built his fortune on an audience of millions of young viewers.
