In 2026 it was sold. A government document reported by CNBC put the price at $187 million, and the buyer at Abbas Sajwani, 27, son of Dubai property developer Hussain Sajwani. Forbes Middle East counts Abbas Sajwani as the youngest Arab billionaire, worth $1.9 billion.
